Dirty office, rude, arrogant, and untrustworthy. My fiance, who is nearly legally blind can see better with his contacts than I can with the ones she prescribed me. Speaks Vietnamese when she doesn't want you to hear her. VERY unprofessional. Couldn't pull up my insurance, told me to come back later, she would try again and reimburse me. I paid $150 cash, came back 2 times. She told me 1st time it wouldn't allow her in the system but I would only get $95 of the $150 I paid back. The 2ND time I came back tried saying they couldn't pull it up again so I called my IC, all the sudden they could pull it up. I stayed on the line with my IC and asked them what I was responsible for. They told me $10 copay for exam and allowed $40 for a prem fitting then receive 10% off rest of bill. Refund came out to $103.50, not $95. I watched over her and saw her charge the insurance $163 instead of $150. Told me she only reimbursed me as a "courtesy" and any other dr wouldn't have done that. BS! Greedy!
