I was extremely impressed with how fast & friendly the service was on the initial visit and continues to stay that way throughout each appointment.
It was a very good first impression!

I've had nothing but good experiences at Dr. Herrmann's office and would reccomend him to anyone! All of the staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. Dr. Herrmann does a great job at remembering everyone and keeping up with their interests at each appointment which is great because this makes everyone feel welcomed and like he is going out of his way to get to know each person. Dr. Herrmann and his staff did a great job of notifying me ahead of time if I was going to be in any sort of discomfort at a certain point with my braces which was awesome because I would be prepared. I followed all of his intructions and took care of my braces very well and got them off two months ahead of schedule right in time for my prom! My lingual braces only took 10 months and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my new smile! Thank you!

Dr. Herrmann & his entire staff are first class A+!! Our two phase journey with braces started in 2011 and has finally come to an end in 2014. It has been a life changing process for my daughter. She has the most beautiful smile and we owe it all to Dr. Herrmann and his incredible staff! Their care and compassion to do whatever it took to get us to the smile Emma has today is nothing short of greatness! We will miss them all but will be returning in a few years when little brother is ready for his braces. Thanks you so much Dr. Herrmann - you rock!

i just moved this summer of 2014. we are a family of five and have no family here in this area. so it is so nice to come into a office and see everyone so friendly and welcoming to us. it comforts the heart, especially since we have always been a close family on both my husband side of the family and mine. its nice to encounter good people in daily basics. so thank rick herrmann and his staff.
