Beautiful little store - they always have succulents and orchids. I only use Twigs when I want to send flowers in Fort Worth and Arlington

Not your average flower shop. They did really pretty flowers for my grandmother's funeral

This florist stood us up the day of our wedding. The event was prepaid and planned months in advance. The owner blamed it on her incompetent staff. They ruined our wedding day and refused to make it right. Worst service ever!!!

Let me tell you about Twigs. They did not deliver my wedding flowers on my wedding day. A few months before the wedding I went to Twigs, ordered the flowers I wanted and paid for them in full. I was given a contract and receipt (yes, I still have both). The week before the wedding I called to confirm my order and delivery location and even what hour the venue could expect the delivery.



But guess what? They never came. My venue coordinator called several times (this was a Saturday for the record). Several messages were left. No return phone call, no flowers. They just never showed up. Period.



Both my mother-in-law and my mother called while I was on my honeymoon. However, Twigs never made any attempt to contact me personally, not even an apology on my voicemail. My mother-in-law and mother were both given different stories when they called.



When I went to Twigs to get my refund, I was told that the designer who took my order left and deleted all of the orders. I was told that she left in July...but when I called EIGHT DAYS before the wedding...they had all my information. Amazingly, as I'm being told they have "no record of my order or purchase" I'm being handed a check for the exact amount of my order, down to the penny. Nobody knew what that amount was but me...and of course Twigs...even though, "all of my order record was deleted."



So, that's my story. I have honestly never given a bad review of a business before. If this had just been any old delivery on any day I would let it go, but I feel like this is just crazy. When a business is handling events like weddings, there should be a way to get in touch with someone...even on a Saturday. *gasp*



I will never use them again, and I will never recommend them to anyone. Aside from the fact that they didn't come through on a WEDDING order, they also don't want to take responsibility for screwing up, just some pretty pathetic buck passing.



Hope this saves some bride a headache on her wedding day.
