Provided by YPmobileThis place is dirty and poorly managed. Staff is young, disengaged and the owner obviously doesn't care much about maintenance. The Google reviews seem highly suspicious and disingenuous. Wouldn't recommend this facility.

Provided by YP.comAfter looking for my son's 6th birthday party venue, I heard (and read) about how great Urban Air Trampoline Park was. My experience was everything but great. It started off by my table cover being an inconvenience because everything on the table was already in place and ready for the party, per my party host. When my 'host' finally decided to quit paying so much attention to all of her friends that were there visiting, (and working) she let me know we were going to move on to Pizza. That was half cold by the time it was time to eat. It looked as if the pizza had been there a while. Moving on to me trying to cut the cake. With a miniature spatula for a double layered, 12 inch cake. They said there just weren't enough to go around. Then there was a sanitary issue. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper for upwards of 1.5 hours. The floors in BOTH bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I watched kids walk into the bathrooms with socks/nothing at all and walk out with nasty on the bottom of their feet, and heading straight back to the trampoline area, and jumping. Come time to check out, my 'host' takes me to the front desk, where I was told by the young lady that she doesn't "want to do more work than she has to, and she refuses to learn that part of her job." Great ! So, I waited for the next young lady to come check me out. She proceeds to tell me that on top of me paying my left over balance, it is my responsibility to tip well since the party hosts only make $2.13 an hour. As I proceeded to only tip my 'host' $5 (since she literally stood against the wall and lit the candles when it was time to sing) the young lady told me that I could do better than that and waited until I gave her a different amount to proceed with payment. I am beyond frustrated with this business. I sent an email directly after the party voicing my concern, called the District Manager yesterday, Monday, still haven't heard back. Called again today, Tuesday. Still waiting on a response. This is absolutely unacceptable for a place of business. I am so frustrated that I spent over $220 on a birthday party that wasn't even worth my child's admission to your facility.
