Beware of Center Plumbing Manteca and Atherton Homes. What you are looking at is the underside of the commode. We have had a leak in the bathroom for about 6 months and have had a difficult time trying to find the leak. We had two plumbers come in, the first changed the seal and the second from Tony's Plumbing confirmed the seal was fine and couldn't understand why it was leaking either. Then he commented that the only time he has seen anything like this was when the bowl itself was cracked so we flipped the toilet over and WA-LA that is what I found. To make a long story short, I had asked Atherton Homes, (The Builder) to come out and take a look 6 months ago and she said it was probably just a seal and therefore not a warrantable item and they would not come out. This toilet was installed as new. Not Ethical!

I will never buy another appliance from anyone else.
