They either ruined or lost a pair of my pants.



I've been going there for years until last week, I picked up a shirt and a pair of pants and discovered, when I got home, that the pants were not mine. This was a uniform and they service many of the same uniforms. When I returned the pants and told them of the problem, they denied they did anything wrong. Francis, one of the owners, said I was lying. The pants I turned in were new and fit me just fine. The pants I got back were old, damaged and did not fit.



This was a Police uniform. The pants cost about $150. I have been a customer there for about 7 years but I can no longer trust this business. It would have been a simple matter to admit the mistake but they choose to call me a liar and even tried to blame it on my spouse. I won't be going back there and I suggest you don't either.
