I want to say up front that I'm only rating the web site not the store as a whole; their web site sucks. There's no way to browse around or pre-shop for mattresses. One can not even do any comparison shopping with similar brands in store or around town. It's extremely limited, has very few links and even fewer pictures of products. This is quite disturbing. I have to shop around on line because I'm a disabled adult; this is how I compare prices and decide who I want to do business with. If the web site doesn't portray what's available inside the store or invite the consumer to want to come in and browse via the web site, how will they ever be able to sell any of their merchandise? In any case, I felt it was just a complete waste of my time trying to figure out how to find what I was looking for, only to, eventually, learn that there was no such button.
