Upon my first impression the facility is very modern and pretty.The staff did all the work in contacting my insurance and getting it sorted through. As far as costs, It is very pricey! As for the dentist my fist impression was shocking. I went in for an assessment for a problem tooth to be pulled. The dentist didn't take his time to look at the xray and instead of telling me what was wrong with it. The first thing he suggests is the most expensive implants. No antibiotics either. And began pushing the implants. I knew it was infected and as I have had several assessments on the tooth. None of the other offices would preform tooth extractions. Which landed me there I told him I need it out and I can't afford implants and I don't want anything else in my gums. Period! He continued to push the implants or bone graft. I said no way. So he sent me to review the cost for the tooth extraction and implant and Graft. I also had to tell his staff no. Not only did I not want the implants I couldn't afford them. The secretary left and asked the dentist if he could only do an extraction. she came back with he won't do an extraction unless you get a graft or implant. By this time I'm pissed and ready to leave. Asking myself why I even bother goin to the dentist. I go to the counter and ask for a copy of the x-ray they gave me a run around as to why they wouldn't even let me buy the x-ray copy. The Secretary left and got the dentist only to drag him out and he began to give a run around yet again why he wouldn't do it. Then he changes his mind and told me he could do the extraction the same day. I was too pissed to do the extraction. The same day. So I went ahead and made an appointment the next day. Which I'm sure they knew if I didn't make an appointment and have to prepay for it I wouldn't have came back. I left feeling like I was pressured and bullied. They were nice during the extraction but most definitely overly pushy and lacked couth over the services.

My last appointment I had several fillings in

the front teeth which made me even more frightful of the

injections and the Dental Assistants and Dr. Tran made it

as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

I recommend and commend everyone for making my dental experience as pleasant as possible! So if you are looking for a Dental Office I highly recommend Manteca Dental Care.
