They lost our clothing. It took 1 week to get them to allow me to fill out a claim form. They told me I would receive the check in 2-3 weeks. 7 weeks later I called them and they had not even sent it off yet. After multiple calls that week, they finally mailed us a check. When we received the check it was for 1/2 the value of the item. They can barely speak English and their customer service is ridiculous.
