I've lived in my house for about 6 months and the post office has either delivered my package to my neighbor or has just entirely lost it and can't find it (but is scanned as delivered to my mailbox) When I call the local office, the phone goes unanswered for hours or they aren't willing to help you much.

I get mail continuously belonging to other addresses besides my own. Calling the 209-239-7027 number didn't accomplish anything because it is automated and voice mailbox is full so recording says to call during business hours. Well it was 11:15am on Jan 23 which is a Friday......hmmmmmmmmm seems like business hours to me. So I called the 800-275-8777 and a very pleasant woman answered the phone and made a report. Hopefully the Manteca Post Office will get their act together on their rural deliveries.
