Manteno has caused a rucus regarding the citizens of the township to place Blue Ribbons around town for a 9 month old baby who died unexpectedly. Manteno wants the ribbons removed!! Are you kidding?? All types of signs are posted in the area for the most mundane things such as garage sales and the township is taking down the ribbons of SYMPATHY for the baby's family? Where is your heart and compassion???!! MANTENO GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!!!
