The worst place I have ever lived!

The management is horrible, Rene and Amy should definitely not be in a position of power. Yes the other post are correct, the letters are nonstop. It is seriously ridiculous.
I am not sure who the owner is but he needs to remove these power hungry women before he loses all of his tenants.
As the other gentleman posted we received notice about a child molester living here (across from a park!!) and after we approached Amy about it and expressed our concerns she said she already knew about the situation and was "working on it".
My advice to those that are looking to move in here is DO NOT DO IT!!! It looks nice on the surface but the management team (Amy, Rene) have turned this place into a miserable place and I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can move.

DO NOT MOVE HERE-! I lived here for several years and hated the staff- they are terrible!!
would not recommend this place to anyone. Most of the people that I knew when I lived there all moved because of problems with the front office- a person by the name of Amy and I have to agree. New faces are always moving in but after a couple of years people move away. Trust me there are much better places to live and you do not have to live with the rules and constant notes on your door.

The manager Amy is a Nazi! Be prepared to recieve letters daily! She does not care at all about the tenants, she is fake and 2 faced. I can Honestly say she is a horrible person/manager. When we first moved here it looked like it was going to be our dream, then Amy happened. I personally have spoke to over 30 of my amazing neighbors and they along with myself have been discussing sending a petition to have her removed. Do not be late mowing your lawn, do not park in front of your driveway even if it is to unload groceries before work, and God forbid you are ever in a crisis and end up a day late on your rent or water, she will send you harassing letters and overcharge you.
I apologize that this is mostly about the management, but she is truly that bad!!!
Until she is removed from her pisition of piwer by someone that does not have ice running through their veins i highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible!!!!

The manager here, Amy, will not alert/notify her tenants when they are criminals, pedophiles, etc. terrorizing the neighborhood. Amy expects you to cater to her demands expeditiously or suffer fines and penalties. Amy does NOT care about the safety of the people who lives in Oak Crest at all. So beware of this community...it's all smoke and mirrors when it comes really having a peace of mind. And she overcharges on the water bill and put out threatening letters to everyone even if doesn't pertain to you. Stay away from place if at all possible. If you can afford to, buy some land to put you home on and you'll come out way cheaper and you can have a peace of mind that you so desire. I mean lot rent in Oak Crest is over $400/month. which land notes are much less.
