We had the man come out and attempt to repair our hot tub. He came about 30 mins from his area and we agreed to pay a travel fee. Which was not a problem for us. When he came out, he told us he could not fix it and that it needed an electrician to give it enough power to run. In other words, the previous owners never ran it over 94 degrees for 12 years??? Really??? He charged us the full service plus travel fee to not fix it and give us answer he obviously knew nothing about. We finally got a local person to come out, they changed the thermostat and it runs like a champ! You make your decision!

He installed our in-ground Pentair pool light which lights up in beautiful blues and even multicolors. It worked for almost a year and we all really loved it ! But, I didn't mail in the "extended light bulb warranty"... We called Pauley Pools and they helped us out! He called and talked to several reps and eventually the regional sales manager agreed to replace the pool light under the one year warranty. Pauley came back and replaced the pool light and we are enjoying the blue water again!

After paying this man for service, he never returned to complete the job. He supplied a cover and a filter but never hooked up the filter or repaired the spa as promised. DO NOT USE THIS MAN. HE IS A PAYPAL RIP-OFF.
