I don't care what anybody says but this place is the best place for a homemade burger expecially the juicy lucy all the burgers are awesome and it's well worth the drive and affordable for those HATERS GO TO MCDONALD'S AND KEEP YOUR NEGATIVE COMMENTS TO YOUR SELF

November 10th approximately 6:45pm.



BB: Burger Barn.

Me: Yes, I would like to place a to go order for burger,fry, and drink.

BB: Ok, what do you want on your burger?

Me: Lettuce,mustard,tomato,pickles,jalapenos.

BB: Name?

Me: Mike

BB: Ok



Arrive at Burger Barn.



Me: Pick up for Mike.

BB: That will be $8.79

Me: Did your prices go up? The last time I ordered this exact meal, it was $8.00?

BB: You ordered a number 1.

Me: At no time did I give or was asked for a number.

BB: Well, you ordered jalepenos.

Me: The jalapeno burger(with the same ingredients) is $4.89 plus $2.49 to make it a combo, totaling $8.00 tax included.

BB: Using a rude voice, "Do you want me to give you a refund?"

Me: Yes, and this is bad customer service.

BB: Well, if it's bad customer service, you need to call and let them know.



3 minutes pass and another BB employee returns with meal plus $1.86, not my full refund that I was offered!



BB: Using rude voice, "Look sir, I am not going to charge you for the jalapenos but next time, you need to order a number."



Gives me the meal, never apologizes or says thank you.



I look at burger only to find mayo and not mustard. Wait to be noticed, 4 minutes go by and I decide to leave.



This is all factual, the BBB bureau is next, I'll never go there again.
