I purchased about a dozen brand new in package led flashlights around x-mas time and have been slowly giving them out to family since then. I recently discoverd that one of them was defective as it did not work right out of the package. Being slightly annoyed i checked all the others i had remaining only to discover there was also another defective flash light. I went to return/exchange them only to discover their 7 day return policy even appys to brand new items and am there fore screwed out of my money. Good will- ha more like F-U we have your money so we dont care.
