My husband and I were extremely impressed and happy with our experience working with First Class Mortgage – both when we refinanced over a year ago and ever since – as they’ve continued to stay in touch and be a responsive, helpful resource. Which only proves to me that they continue to care about their clients, long after the business is complete. They bring a genuine, personal approach to an industry that doesn’t always do the same and have do only what’s in the best interest for the client. We’ve purchased other homes, refinanced a couple times – all with other companies and none came close to the superior customer experience, professionalism, reliability and genuine care for the customer that Casey, Jerry and really all of First Class Mortgage provided us with. Makes me almost wish we were moving or refinancing again just to have the chance to work with them again!

I was referred to Brady Day by my credit union, Hiway Federal, because my fiance and I were in need of mortgage services beyond what Hiway could provide. My fiance has been a student making little the past two years, we did not have much of a down payment, and were not confident we could get much equity out of my tiny house. Our initial plan was to get down payment assistance for a bigger home via FHA. Brady steered us away from that as it was to our financial benefit to avoid it. We followed his advise one step at a time, using a very good realtor he recommended, and before we knew it we had sold my small house and were in a new house that is just right for us. I bought my townhome in 2007, just before the Real Estate market crashed. Like so many other homeowners, I now found myself stuck with a home that I was very under water on, had a high interest rate, and no bank that would refinance my mortgage. Fast forward to 2013, and I now rent the property as I cannot sell it. According to the banks, my loan was now too risky to refinance. I all but gave up on any hope of lowering my interest rate when we were referred to Casey Van Winkle of First Class Mortgage.While so many others refused to even try and refinance my mortgage, Casey went above and beyond. Even after being denied, Casey continued to make every effort until he found a bank that would approve the loan. My husband and I worked with Casey Van Winkle and Eric Waletzko to refinace our home. We paid off 3 loans - two at an interest rate of 10.75 and one at 5.75. They got us a 3.5 interest rate, saving us a few hundred each month and shaved off 3 years on a 15 year loan.They were friendly, professional and very patient with my many questions!
