This Cindy lady gave us a check for $15 when amount due was $1500 which cost us $50 in return check fee plus she had a $75 late fee which she didn’t pay so minus the $15 that she payed she still owes us another $110 which we didn’t ask for and she is writing this bad review

First, the company gave me an "incredible deal" for $1798 it put gutters on our Sinclair. It seemed reasonable, and I felt empathy for the toothless salesman, which was my first mistake. The salesman told me the company had the perfect color match and showed me the color, and I thought we were good to go.

After installation, we realized the color was really yellow and did not match at all. The owner came out and claimed that we had a "verbal agreement" to change the color, even though he knew it didn't match. He said that the salesman had been fired and gave us a deal for $200 less than he was allowed to. He then said that if we wanted the right color we would need to pay $400 more. We were not happy but told him via text that was fine. He never responded, so we assumed he forgot about it, and at this point we didn't care. TWO MONTHS later, our dog walker tells me that there were people at my house taking down my gutters; she asked if they were supposed to be there. He never even communicated that they were coming, so NO they were not supposed to be there.

Then he shows up on my driveway tonight, telling me he needs the $400 to pay his workers or else he will put a lien on my house. He claims he has called "several times" (no record of this either).

This is a very long story to say, if you are considering gutters STAY AWAY FROM RS gutters. Service is poor and unprofessional.

They do a good job. There was a slight issue and The owner reached out to me and mentioned that he is going to fix the issue within couple weeks. There was miscommunication and he sounded like he means it.

We had to have our gutter replaced due to the recent snow. They came out quickly, we're extremely professional, affordable, and did a wonderful job. We would definitely recommend.

The installation went smoothly and a leak was subsequently repaired. The leak has resurfaced and I am waiting until spring for further resolution.

They did a great job with my gutters. Installed in one day with no mess and at a great price. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add gutters to a new or existing home.

This guy who owns RS Seamless gutters is a liar and he cheats anyone and is not worth even considering. I had miserable experience with this guy Navin and he gave me an estimate for 1898 and I called him next day to let him know that I didn't want to proceed with his company to get gutters installed at my home and he refused saying that I cannot cancel the order even though it was just a day since it was ordered. Inspite of me calling him, faxing him and sending Certified mail to cancel the installation , he doesn't acknowledge to even one of them and refused to accept the certified mail and started threatening me that he would charge my credit card and he tried charging multiple times to my card even after disputing the transaction with my credit card company. He tries to charge different amount each time (charged 990, 1898, 600) in three seperate transactions. Beware of this completely non trust worthy , unethical person who tries to come door to door.

Looks as though the Owner Nevan has some problems with paying his employees and in the middle of law-suits within the company! I would not recommend using this company if you believe in fair-work ethics and fair pay!

Also Money hungry by the looks (Cars/Toys etc..) Do you honestly think once the checks have cashed RS Seamless will be back to honor any mistakes... I think not! Oh also for you all bout to try this company which is a mistake make sure to knock 50% off there first Quote as this is there selling technique and than they act out calls to the boss to see if they can go lower lol omg!!

we had rs seamless install gutters on our home on 3/6/4 they work and look great in 6 years we have had no problem with our gutters i would recommend rs seamless to all our friends and family

rs seamless gutters has scammed me out of $200. after giving my initial deposit a few weeks later my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer and given a few months to live. i canceled but he still put gutters on my house. he cashed a check 17 months after it was written after he told me it was ripped up. i've filed a police report and reported him to the BBB and he has refused to answer 2 letters. i'm left with filing charges in court against him for fraud... BO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i also found out they had a cease and disist order against them at the time he gave me a quote...
