This place doesn't deserve a single star. I am a military member and was sent TDY for 2 years with renters occupying my home. The dishwasher in my home broke; I purchased what I thought was a working replacement from Shade Tree. The unit took nearly a month to get delivered and was physically damaged when unloaded and non-working when it arrived. Worse yet, they refused to take it back for a refund. Their manager Chelsie was not responsive at all. I reported them to the BBB (which has 13 recorded complaints against them now), my congressman's office, the FTC, and disputed the purchase transaction with my credit card company - the credit card company ruled in favor of me and refunded my purchase 100%. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU! They claim to do a 12 point inspection before sales - that's bogus! Look them up on BBB and check out another person's review on ripoffreport.com - their review made me laugh because it was so similar to my experience :-)
