Provided by YPmobileThis was the most horrible experience I've had with a groomer. The women was extremely rude with how she spoke to me. And this is my third time calling and they have not answered the phone or returned my phone call with me leaving a voicemail. Highly upset and disappointed

Provided by YPmobileTook my puppy in to be groomed. I was 10 minutes early and the owner Bonnie said I almost finished go ahead and have a seat. As I sat down, I asked, "How did he do?" Bonnie yells and says,"No talking, if you talk we're done!" I couldn't believe it! I let her finish because she was halfway done. When she came out she says, "Okay now we can talk." Poor customer service and bad attitude! I won't be back!

Provided by YPmobileI've been taking my dogs to Canine castle for years and its honestly the best groom! The owner worked with one of my dogs until she died and even sent me a card. I feel comfortable there and my dogs have always looked amazing after! I have no complaints!

Provided by YP.comI HAD BEEN GONG TO CANINE CASTLE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. IN EARLY 2006 I PURCHASED A GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPY. I TOOK HER TO CANINE CASTLE TO ON 2/6/2012 AND THE OWNER WAS NOT IN THAT DAY. I DO NOT KNOW WHO I DEALT WITH BUT I PICKED HER UP WITH MY CHOW CHOW THAT I ALSO TOOK IN THAT DAY. THIS WAS A FRIDAY AND ON MONDAY A SCAR APPEARED ON HER SIDE I IMMEDIATELY TOOK HER TO THE VET AND THE VET TOLD ME THAT THE SCAR WAS THE RESULT OF A SEVERE BURN AND ASKED ME IF I HAD HER GROOMED LATELY. I WAS VERY UPSET AND HAD TESSA TREATED AND THE SCAB EVENTUALLY FELL OFF AND SHE HAS A SCAR ON HER SIDE AND NO HAIR WILL GROW THERE. BECAUSE I WAS AS UPSET AS I WAS I WAITED A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO CONTACT CANINE CASTLE ABOUT THIS INCIDENT. WHEN I CALLED I SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO AS I MENTIONED EARLIER WAS NOT THERE THAT DAY. HER RESPONSE WAS EXTREMELY NASTY SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT DO THAT AND SHE HAS MY DOG LISTED AS A LABRADOR RETRIEVER WHICH WAS WRONG. SHE THEN STARTED SCREAMING AT ME THAT I WAS TRYING TO CON HER AND SHE HAD NO INTENTIONS OF DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SHE DID ASK WHY I HAD WAITED TO CONTACT HER AND I EXPLAINED THAT IF I HAD CONTACTED HER RIGHT AWAY I WOULD HAVE BEEN AS NASTY TO HER AS SHE WAS BEING TO ME. WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT MY VET VERIFIED TESSA HAD BEEN BURNED SHE INFORMED ME THAT MY VET DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT, I GUESS ALL THAT TRAINING WAS A WASTE OF TIME. I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK THERE NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND CANINE CASTLE TO ANYONE. IT FEELS MUCH BETTER BEING ABLE TO GET THIS INCIDENT OFF MY CHEST.
