Provided by YP.comWhen I called to get some pricing information on a part I needed replaced, the guy who answered the phone was very condescending, rude, and wouldn't give me even a ballpark estimate without having my car tested first at their facility, which he said would cost 86 dollars. I was so put off buy how hateful he was that I just hung up the phone in frustration. To be called "Friend-lee Automotive", they were the most unpleasant and unhelpful place I have ever dealt with. If there customer care skills are equivalent to their car care skills, I say STAY AWAY!!!
