I have a loan with these people. I lost my job and fell behind on payments. Well I finally paid my past due balance in full and the next day they repo'd my car. Why wasn't the release prepared as soon as a full payment was made. So my car was hooked up to a tow truck with my family inside, even though I had my receipt because the repo guy was "just doing his job". So I had to pay an additional $400 even though my account was now current. I will never do business with them again. I believe they are going out of business. I wonder why.

This is a horrible company and I wish I'd never bought a car from Kanes Auto. If you make payment arrangements with someone make sure you tell them to note it in your account, the break room counter, the lunch room table and the bathroom wall, because you will get calls from 3 different people asking for payment. I am writing a letter to ask them to PLEASE stop calling me at work because I was suspended for taking another call from them( 3 calls in 5 days one of the calls AFTER I made the payment.) BTW, I have a home phone with voicemail and have ALWAYS returned their calls. These people are mean, they speak in a threating manor. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Kanes auto.

These are people who have no morals , I hope one day that they fall on there asses and a repo man comes and gets there cars they are cols hearted and no respect for people who are trying to make it in this world I hope one day to spit in there faces they are rude I work very hard and life happens they were going to repo for a 266 dollar pymnt husband called made pymnt then they took it out of my bank instead of my husbands and over drafted acct they will not fix it either I can not wait till this is paid off I have title in hand I am calling the BBB on them they do not know how to deal with the public and yes kanes cars sucks a lot of money in cars .

I will start out by saying that EVERY single person that works in this place is IGNORANT RUDE and nothing short of NASTY. We were two payments behind on our car and we had payment arrangments with Madeline and she was working with us---I called in the one week when she was off and dealt with BRIAN. He is a NON HUMAN being. He took my payment then the following day took my husbands car. He didnt care that we had arragments with Madeline---these people are ignorant and dont care about REAL life and what people go through. And I agree with the last person about KANES having POS's for cars. Had we known they went through RIVERS CRAP INVESTMENT company for the loan we would have WALKED-----so just a warning to ANYONE buying a car from Kanes DONT DO IT!!!!! The cars are crap and the loan people are EVEN WORSE!!! If I could post a NEGATIVE star I would. LOSERS!!!!!

They are affiliated with Kane's Auto. If you purchase a car this is the finance company you will deal with which is run by no other than the person that owns Kane's. If you are late by even 1 day they will come get your car, I mean I have had my car with them for over a year, was working late didnt make it to make my payment, I went the next day to pay my payment nothing was said but thank you and here is your receipt. That night I was approached by their repo guy who never said who he was just for me to get out of the car now, I asked him why he was repo and he said for non-payment, I tried to tell him that my receipt was in the car and he told me to make it easier and get out of his way right now. Needless to say my car was returned the next day with a sorry excuse of well we didnt have time to tell our repo man you paid the bill, yeah okay and why was you trying to repo a car because of the payment being late for 1 day, I mean come on you have to work to make your payments right? They are very, very rude when you go in to make your payments. The car's are crap from kane's, I put over $3,000 in the car in less than a year and their warranty consist of used parts being put on that was worse than the parts that was oringinally on the car, I had their mechanic fix it under warranty, lol it broke down less than a mile away with the same problem they just fixed. Please if you have any other choice please please go somewhere else
