Never Again..I brought my wedding dress in to get cleaned and preserved. I dropped it off and was told that it would be back in about 4-6 weeks. After about 8 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I called and they said that the owner would call me back. I never heard anything. Then I called again a couple weeks later, and I was told that the manager was on vacation and she would call me back as soon as she got back. Still no return phone call. So finally after 3 months of waiting I called back and demanded some answers. One of the girls that worked there called me back after calling the owner and said that my dress was ready to be picked up. They said that it was at the Long Lake office, not in Maple Plain where I dropped it off. The girl also said that the owners are bad about calling people back. Plus when I went to pick my dress up the billing was all wrong. So they told me that they would have the owner call me. So now it's the waiting game again. I think they need to be more organized and professional. I will never recommend them to anyone, nor will I ever go back!!!!
