Upon bringing my horse there i was told we would SLOWLY acclimate her..... Natalie's idea of slow is 5 minutes per horse thrown in alone time!!!! There were only three other horses in with her but when they started running they were running hell-bent-for-election up and down a steep steep almost like ravine!!! She seemed to think this was OK and said that the horses have been doing it for 26 years!!! Upon going over and offering my horse a drink of water I found that the automatic waterer was in a cement slab which was fine except for the fact that erosion around it had made the slab 2 feet high or more from the ground!!!!! Now her horses have long necks and may have been able to reach it just fine but my shorter necked Appaloosa could not reach the water and this is when I realized oh my gosh what kind of hellhole have I brought my horse 2 for she was encouraging my horse to literally leap up with her front feet and put them on the cement slab so that she could reach the water!!!! When I said Natalie no no please look how dangerous that is my horse proceeded to lean and stretch as far as she could banging her knees all the while on the cement slab when I very calmly said to Natalie this is not ok she proceeded to tell me that she's just fine she's not banging her knees and that the erosion must have just happened this summer!!!! I mean this was years of erosion not just a few months.... I left that stable as fast as I could get out.... very unsafe and "unstable" environment.
