Bill from Liberty Tax in Maple Shade screwed up our taxes for two years in a row costing us 800.00 in back taxes. Told us we would be reimbursed for two years of tax preparer fees and late charges accrued. Said a check was mailed to us. Waited weeks and never received it. Put off several times. Calls not returned. Flat out lied to us.
