I called and requested a price for my tub reglazing at my rental home. Ronnie at ASAP Quality Tub Repair (aks Custom Bath) and I agreed upon a price and a date for the work. I advsied him at the time of the quote that I lived out of town and I could write a check (mail) or direct deposity into his bank the day the job was completed. He said a check was fine and we would work out the details when he confirmsb the appt. the night before. My leasing agent lives next door and I gave him her number. When the day came to do the work I heard nothing. I called and left 2 messages. Finally I reached Ronnie in the evening. He said to me " I changed my mind". He also said that when he talked to my leaseing agent that he wanted a check when he was done with the job. Of course my agent (or myself) was not prepared with a check. It would have been easy to arrange this if I had been told ahead of time.. He also said that he would end up having to track me down to get payment and that it would not be worth it... I am so dissapointed that a contractor would make a commitment and then not have backbone to AT LEAST call and cancel the job... I would have moved on and found a more reliable professional to do the job, but he never called. I guess his business is good. If this guy does great work, as the last customer advsie, maybe he is reliable for large jobs where there is money, but he is not one to count on for 1 time residential customer.

I am a Superintendent here in Seattle and I have used a bunch of different companies to do tub reapirs, window frame repairs, scratch glass removal as well as removing scratches from a stainless steel sink and I have to say this company is by far the "BEST" out there.

They have unbelievable prices. "GREAT" customer service as well as having a quick response time TeNeil in there office is "FREAKIN AWESOME" she will do whatever she can to take care of you and the guys who come to your site or even home are so very professional. They do not do any other work unless you tell them to, but if they see something that might need to be fixed they will ask you first before they do the work. Not like some other companies where they will do the work and not tell you then all of a sudden you get a bill for more then you requested. Not these guys. They are the "All American Company that will take care of you. They strive to be the best, because they want your business as well as referals.

So I felt I needed to take some time out of my day and write this so other people can see how GREAT of a company there are.
