It was very reassuring to be treated as a human by the Kline Volvo staff especially Jody Landburg. Not only was she prompt but had the info and loaner car ready when we arrived. Her demeanor was friendly and pleasant in all communication. It was a nice experience. And thank you for doing the proper repairs.

Once they make their sale, your 100% on your own. That's all they care about. Not how well the vehicle runs or if your happy with your purchase. Not only did they not do their job as they promised, but are rude and misleading as they conduct business. Funny part is that after going to Nissan Motors directly, our issue was finally fixed by another Nissan dealer in the Twin Cities. You can not blame a poor engine on the owner after a few short months of owning a brand new car. Stand by your products. I would not recommend that anyone purchase as much a spark plug from there morons.

Do not buy a vehicle form Kline Nissan. I purchased new 2010 Frontier from them in December 2009. On 06/07/10 I brought it back to them and spoke with a Michael Kern in the service department. After only 7 months and 11,000 miles the paint was pealing off of the rocker panels on both sides of the truck. Kern stated it caused by sand in the street and admitted it was a poor design flaw but refused to fix the problem. If they won't stand behind the vehicles they sell no one should buy from them.
