Cut my cuticle while giving me a pedicure causing it to bleed. Ended up getting an infection in my big toe. The woman I had was not very patient and did a bad job on my pedicure.

Very hard to understand these people and when you politely ask them to repeat themselves they get angry and rude. If you have a gift certificate make sure you use it by the short six month expiration date because even if you're a day late they aren't going to honor it.

Both times I went I wasn't happy. I was cut off when I was trying to ask questions abotu what I wanted. I got a full manicure when I just wanted my nailes painted but wasn't listened to the 5 times I said I wanted them just painted. So I was charged 20 bucks fora bad manicure. I got a full set put on and some old nails file off yesterday. She was in a hurry, burned my fingernails with the sander/grinder thing, didn't listen to the length I wanted and told me that they looked okay. Its not what they want, it's my money and what I want. Worst paint job ever. It was like a 10 year old did it. I told them to jsut stop if they needed to work with the other woman who had an appointment becasue they weren't doing what I wanted. Very unpleasant, no conversation.
