Kristen's agency commits to her customers. Luckily I have never had to file a claim (knock on wood). I have been with them since the beginning of 2013 for home, life, disability and auto insurance. I have only had to make contact with them a few times in three years and they always remember me as soon as I say my name. They have been proactive and have kept to their promises. Her staff has been consistent the past three years which tells me she has been running her agency well. Most importantly, she offers competitive rates and has attention to detail.
