We have lived in the Keys for 17 years and used to frequent Burger King 2 times a week.

However in the last three months the service level and cleanliness have detoriated to the point that we no longer feel comfortable eating there.

I have pondered writing this review and thought we would try the restaurant one more time to see if things were better.

We arrived today at 10:15am. There were 3 customers in front of us that were complaining about waiting so long.

I finally got to the counter at 10:29am and was informed very rudely that breakfast was over and we would have to order lunch.

I am in the hospitality business and understand you can't please every one.

However I feel we should have been told before we got to the counter that breakfast was no longer being served. There were six other customers behind us that were there before 10:30. We all had our hearts set on breakfast.

The restaurant advertises breakfast to 10:30 am and I understand that any one arriving after that should be offered lunch.

A little kindness from the person on the counter would have been appreciated. Especially since it was Easter Sunday.

The Burger in Islamorada always is very good. I expect we will go there in the future.
