We took Keys Shuttle to Key West from FLL and also return a few days later. We had the best driver, Joe. He was friendly, professional, and a very safe driver. He picked us up right in front of the Curry Mansion Inn at the designated time and made the trip so enjooyable. I would recommend this shuttle to anyone going to Key West. They are on time, reasonably priced and it's a great way to go to Key West.

On Feb 29 the Keys Shuttle was transporting our daughter from Key Colony Beach to Ft Lauderdale Airport when it broke down by the side of the road in Florida City. The owner, Raul, told her that he would reimburse her for airline and hotel expenses that night since she missed her flight. After being reassured by the office twice that she would be reimbursed, and faxing the receipts twice, and twenty phone calls, there has never been any followup by the Keys Shuttle to work this out. He took advantage of a young girl and made false promises. This has been a very negative experience and we would never recommend this service.
