Had a simple manicure done....totally dissatisfied. No one in the Salon...should have benn my "heads-up," however I was there. ..just do it. Woman who did my "manicure," did not speak a word of English. On and off her cell phone the entire...5 minute manicure. Her idea of a massage, was to put "cheap" handcream on my wrists. There was nothing pleasant about my experience. Majir point here...as I was leaving, a male ... customer came BACK into this Salon & was complaining about his pedicure. No one spoke English...so he just walked out. I paid my bill, gave the Technician a small tip, and she treated me very rudely during the transition. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

THEY CUT ME & MADE ME BLEED BUT WORST OF ALL THEY GAVE ME FUNGUS IN 3 NAILS!!!! I WISH I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH!!! THE LOCALS TOLD ME THEY ARE DURTY!!! WISH I KNEW!!! PLEASE BEWARE IM TRYING TO HELP OTHERS NOT GO THREW HELL!!!!! I WILL TRY TO REPORT THEM....

Best Eye brow waxing in town! Extremely nice and friendly staff! It was Sunday and they closed at 5 yet still allowed me to come an hour and a half later 6:30! Unbelievably nice of them to stay open just for me! Not only were they accommodating but they knew what they were doing! I am very picky when it comes to my appearance and especially my eyebrows she did an excellent job super precise and painless! This will be my new eye brow waxing salon! Definitely give them a try i know the other two reviews really scared actually terrified me .but they were wayy off i am extremely happy i didnt listen to them and i gave sunset salon a chance!

Avoid this salon. They are rough and don't sterilize their instruments.

I simply just wanted my pedi and manicure, the person who did my pedicure cut my cuticles so much that they started to bleed. And then to make the situation even worsted, my friend and I also felt completely rushed by how fast they were doing our pedicure shoving our feet in the water and scratching and poking me with their tool at the speed of light. Not fun, won"t be back
