My company was looking for white crystalline rocks for a memorial plot for a client. I found this company online and called to inquire about the picture of the exact type of rock I was looking for. The lady on the phone told me they have a minimum for sales, I told her exactly how mucho product I needed and she said I just made the cutoff. Coming from Austin, driving to Marble Falls is a hike, but I needed this rock. I called her back and told her my coworker would be coming from Austin the next day to pick it up. She did say they needed notice of us coming because "there are large trucks in and out of here and you can't just pop in like McDonald's drive thru". When the owner of my company went to pick up the rock, someone there gave him a really hard time and said a fax was needed and they couldn't be bothered by these "small " orders. Don't bother spending any of your company's "small" money here, they only cater to large trucks and large amounts and don't communicate within their office! There was no mention of a fax when I talked to her or I would've told her about the fact that a fax is outdated, we scan and email, no paper. When I called to talk with her on the phone about the incident, I couldn't get a word in, she was insistent about this fax, she was rude and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Who Cares about a fax? If you don't cater to local businesses money, then put that on your website where I found your company!!
