Came into this store and was treated very kindly. They let me know my options with insurance and explained that if we go through insurance then they had to get paperwork ahead of time. Made since to me and the supplies were delivered after that and were quality products.

My husband needed some medical supplies. I called Kayla and she said they had everything my husband needed but she needed to have his prescription and study faxed to them. I called OKC to have this done. Went to Choice to pick everything up and after waiting a long time, Kayla was extremely short with me when she found out we were not going to be continuing customers (we live in OKC but have lake house in that area) She then told me the fax had not come in so I called to have the info faxed again. Kayla then told me, without even looking at me, that she would not get to me because she had other customers. It's been a long time since I have been treated this rudely and needless to say, I will not step foot back in this medical supply. You don't treat people, let alone customers, in this manner and expect a loyal customer base or good reviews.
