Provided by YP.comWhether you go in person, or receive a loan offer through the mail, it's nice to know CC is there when you need them most. However, making payments is a bit tedious, as they can only be made over the phone or in person, they don't have a website to keep track of your account, which is inexcusable in this E-commerce world. Making a payment over the phone seems like an inconvenience for the agents, who's phone etiquette is under par and border line rude and unfriendly with a reluctant "Okay, Give us your payment, goodbye" feel to it. CC is a good company, but it's agents could do with some customer service training.
