I walked in needing to transfer from one phone to another due to a faulty screen and I needed a smaller SIM card for the new phone. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. There was already another person there for the same reason. The associate was amazing in his patience, knowledge and a positive demeanor. This is by far the best experience I have had at this location. Seth's professional and positive presence in this store made all of the difference. Thank you for excellent customer service.

I went into the store to trade in my phone. Upon walking into the store we were not greeted by the girl behind the counter or acknowledged in the slightest. She did greet the man who walked in after me in Spanish and began to assist him, speaking Spanish the entire time. I became increasingly frustrated as the store was playing Spanish music over the lobby speakers. It was about 15 minutes later another employee came in from the back and finally asked what we needed. They told me they don't take trade ins. Waited the entire time in what felt like little Mexico for a question that took one second to answer. I will never go back there. Very unprofessional and stuck up employees. I am surprised they were ever hired.
