Provided by YP.comIn the 24 years that we have used this clinic we have never been dissatisfied! Our dogs have always been lovingly cared for by Dr. Jung and staff. He diagnosed one puppy with a rare condition the vet clinic at Texas A&M had only seen once in history! I would never use any other clinic!

Provided by YP.comMy sweet dog Cyclops was so sick on 6/17/2017. I stopped by the office and picked up medicine for nausea and vomiting. By 2:45 he was much worse than the morning. I called the emergency number and Dr. KASPER met me there at 3pm. After a thorough exam and a full set of labs he was able to diagnose and treat my sweet dog of 14 years. After 2 injections and 2 take home medicatons and much needed rest he is almost back to his "old" self. Dr,. KASPER saved my dogs life.

Provided by YP.comWould not recommend. Front desk staff is not particularly friendly and at times can be rude. Techs that I had contact with seemed to care about my dog and were polite. Dr. Kaspar and Dr. Krobot saw and treated my dog several times over the course of a week and neither could determine what was wrong with her despite numerous tests and x-rays. She even stayed overnight twice for observation and IV therapy. Finally saw Dr. Donald Jung at the end of the week and he thought she might have a ruptured disk in her back so he referred us to a surgeon in Georgetown. Even as we were picking her up to take her to the surgeon he said it was almost like she was poisoned (even though she had no symptoms of that). $1000 dollars and 3 trained veterinarians later we find out she had a severely ruptured disk in her spine and had been in excrutiating pain. One more day and she would have been permanently paralyzed. Dr. Kaspar and Dr. Krobot were both very compassionate and friendly, Dr. Jung I did not care for at all. He treated us like we were a nuisance (even though I had given his clinic quite a bit of money that week) and didn't seem to care about my poor dog in the least. Another $4000 for surgery by the best veterinary neurosurgeon in the world, Dr. Bill Dudley, and she is good as new. Despite their good intentions the first two vets we saw could not diagnose my dog, and the last one didn't even really try. I heard everything from kinked intestines, to pancreatitis, to poisoning, and my daughter who was home on Thanksgiving break googled dachshund pain and ruptured disc was the first thing that popped up. Apparently it is by far the most common ailment of dachshunds and was never even considered for an entire week. Very disappointed in the extensive costs I incurred, the pain and suffering my dog endured, and misdiagnosis of what could have been a crippling or life ending injury. I only gave this clinic one star because I could not give it 0.
