Even though super busy she had time to thank each person she waited on. Being in the retail business I know how hard it can be but I was very impressed on how she handled everything. I am from out of town but when I come back to visit I will continue to use the UPS Store in Marble Falls. 2 thumps WAY UP. Thank you.
