We provide educational support and advocacy to families of children with general education and special education needs.  We review all documents, consult and guide families, arrange and recommend evaluations, or review evaluations and reports, refer to professional resources as needed, and help guide parents through the entire special education process. Parents are the best advocates for their children, we aim to help parents navigate this complex process and get their students all the services to which they require for an appropriate education.  We give advice for IEP goals and planning as well as 504 planning, we cover all learning disabilities, all special needs and health impairments including emotional and behavioral disorders.  I am a certified special education teacher holding a M.Ed in this field and a former public school teacher.  I have specialized training in college planning for disabled students as well as transitional and vocational, life-skills, independent living, planning in the IEP. I trained in cyberbulling and healthy school environments.
