About Dario's Dario's Catering is innovative, passionate, elegant and dedicated to excellent food presented beautifully. Dario's is a full service caterer offering complete staffing, equipment and linen rentals for your event so you can leave the planning and worries to us. Currently the Chef and Owner, Dario Puerto, classically trained at Johnson and Wales, is splitting his time working on International Megayachts in the winter and catering in New England the rest of the year. Dario's was started in 2001 as a Personal Chef Service offering weekly meal preparation and delivery to clients in Boston and the North Shore. Our business to date has been almost exclusively word of mouth as most clients who hire us are repeat customers or were attendees at one of our events. Over the years clients hired us to do special events from small dinner parties to cocktail parties for 300 and our continued success has made us one of the most sought after Caterers in the area as our work tends to be very exclusive. Our Commissary is located in Marblehead, MA and we have various off site locations to host your special event. Bartending, sommelier, and floral services are also available.
