Critter Cafe's new owner, Cindy, has done a tremendous job remodeling, stocking fun items, and creating an atomosphere of love. The store is real cute and has only natural and holistic food and treats. That's why I can pick any product in the store and know it will be natural. When I boarded Pookie she had a room because they don't have kennels and I brought her favorite bed and toys. Pookie had some itchy spots and Cindy recommended I switch to natural food. In just over a week, the itching stopped and Pookie kind of perked up with new energy. I think it's because the old food had a lot of additives and preservatives. After seeing the cute cut on a chow, I had their groomer clip her nails and give her a summer cut. She was such a good girl, I bought her a cute duck toy that said, 'quack quack'. What a laugh. When I first went in there with Pookie, Cindy dropped everything and came over and established an immediate bond. That's all I needed to see. Even though I haven't been on a vacation in the last 9 months, I still take Pookie there for day care fun and playtime with other Critter Cafe regulars. Deserves the 5 star rating.
