I am a resident of Marco Island and made a reservation to go shelling with my visiting daughter over the Christmas holidays one month earlier and gave credit card number deposit as required. Early in the week of the scheduled shelling trip I stopped by to reschedule for another day and was told they had no other openings and was reassured that the boat went out except in cases of thunder and lightning. We really wanted to go shelling so I kept the reservation. Got a call from Barb 48 hours prior to our scheduled shelling reservation canceling us because they had a larger party that wanted the boat and I was told that since there were only 2 of us we couldn't go and we couldn't reschedule for another day that week either. I was appalled that they would treat customers that way, particularly since we had made the reservation a month earlier and I had stopped by earlier in the week and we were "confirmed" to go except in bad weather . I am totally disgusted that this company would
