Comments: We needed to have a sewer-line clean-out replaced. First Jeff came out and confirmed via camera the problem we were having which was roots entering at the connection between the clean-out and the sewer line therefore requiring periodic rodding. I was then given a written estimate and no high pressure tactics or attempts to sell me on having work done I didn't need such as replacing the whole sewer line. Once I decided to hire the company (after receiving other estimates) I called to make an appointment for the work and was happy they were able to come out to do the work within a few days. The job was done quickly, professionally, and everyone I dealt with at the company was courteous and professional. The only thing I am not thrilled with is the Bobcat used to dig the hole left obvious indentations in my lawn where it was driven from the street to the clean-out location near the house. This, however, is a minor complaint. Overall I was very happy with the work performed and would recommend using this company

Comments: This clog had been a recurrent problem over the years. This is the first logical solution to the problem we have ever been given. The laundry lint may clog it again, but I can now snake it myself, with just a screw driver and a snake, and I am back to doing laundry. I won't have to call them back if I can clear it myself. Excellent value, very timely, in and out in 30 minutes, very professional, left no mess. They are in this business to keep the customer happy and as self sufficient as possible, they teach!!! I had a plumbing issue and called this company. They badly damaged my very expensive wood floor outside the bathroom they rotted the sewer line from. Their estimate to replace the sewer line was DOUBLE the price of the other 3 estimates I got for the exact same job. When they discovered that they weren't getting the contract because of their outrageously high estimate, they have since refused to pay for the damage they did to my floor. This is a very dishonest company. Call All Family Plumbing a great, HONEST, company for your plumbing needs, do not call Suburban, they are horrible. If I could I'd give them negative stars!

They were quick to respond to the request. Got the work done right away. I would recommend them for plugged sewer lines with roots and broken tiles.

Had them do a job at my house replacing a sewer drain and putting in a clean out a few years back. They startedthe job and half way thre they said the rest of the pipe was good so they didnt need to go any further. I wasnt getting the money to pay them for a few days for all of the work. I asked them how much less it was going to be since they only went half way. The guy told me he would take some off if I could get the money by a certain date. The date happened to be the day before I had told him I could have the money buy. To top it all off he wasnt takeing that much off the bill for half the price!!!!! Since they have done the work I have had to rent a snake and clean out the drain at least once a year!!! I could have called them to come a clean out the drain the first few times but I didnt want these type of people at my house working after there shady ways!!!!!! NO I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!
