This guy Tom is the worst ever. Totally unprofessional and rude. I am a General Contractor and my regular glass guy had to use him for a specialty glass table top. Took weeks before he showed up and even on the date he was scheduled he was late by more than an hour. He took the broken glass for a pattern on Friday and was supposed to re-deliver Monday and then Tuesday. He had his office call on Wednesday and wanted payment prior to delivery. I had to pay before he would deliver and then he delivered late and refused to clean the glass or place it on the table. Left it sitting on the floor and left. Was rude to my client and office staff who even offered to clean the glass so he could put it on the table, but refused stating he doesn't clean glass or install it. Why do we use people like this? UNPROFESSIONAL.. DO NOT USE,,,, find a reputable glass company, ASG is not.
