What is the 80/20 qualification for the park? Why can't an owner rent out his home yearly if ELS does? Why was my buyer turned away at 44 yrs old no children, not married?? Told he could not fill out application?? Do I need an attorney to sell my home?

This is a very safe community. In the past three years I've lived here, I can say that I slept with my doors unlocked, my shed open and car unlocked. There has been nothing stolen. The neighborhood has a crime watch program. You will feel very safe here. Pets are allowed.

The only thing I do not like this the high lot fee and they keep raising it $20 more a year. Right now is going to be $770.00 a month. That is too high!
