I broke my ankle during Hurricane Irma which required surgery. I called 3 or 4 different medical supply companies suggested to me by my doctor's office to get a knee scooter. They were not helpful at all. I googled other medical supply companies and PCMS came up. I called and immediately this company was so informative. Not to mention none of the other companies were open on Saturday's which was a problem for me that day. A scooter was being saved for me and as soon as I walked in Racquel was attentive to my every need ..There were 2 other customers there and you could see right away they truly care.Both her and her partner made sure before I left I was comfortable with the scooter. They also were compassionate with my financial situation and they will work with you the best they can. They are hands on 100 percent and you will always have one of them helping you. After having my scooter a few weeks it broke and they replaced it no problem at all. I'm nearing the end of this 12 week ordeal and wanted to make sure this company gets the credit they deserve. Before you try anyone else I would suggest this place.

Excellent customer service!!! Iris knew exactly what I needed for my swollen feet and the compression stockings are amazing ���� she measured my legs and showed me an easy way to put them on���� I would recommend this place to anyone ����

I had a great experience with the staff at People's Choice. Iris was very helpful and courteous. She took the time to answer my questions and explain the various types of products to fit my specific needs. Would definitely recommend to others.
