Tried to get information on the phone and whoever answered put the phone down and left us hanging. Totally inappropriate behavior to a customer. Have second doubts about shopping with them!

Love this place, have lived near it for years, Always clean and always friendly and they have wood floors in the Wine/produce section that really make it look great food from the deli is always delish and does not disappoint

I went to Winn Dixie by sample road and 441. I decided to try the bbq chicken from the Deli; to my surprise it was the nastiest thing i ever try. Horrible. Don't ever try...

Have never seen such a large well kept Winn -Dixie ! Spotless , excellent variety and choices on all items . The deli and bakery departments are wonderful .Wide selection of wines -top quality . All staff we spoke to polite and had a great smile and attitude !

This is a wonderful store! I have been going there since its grand opening. This store is super clean and well laid-out. All of the employees that I've dealt with have been very friendly and helpful; this includes several members of management. I have never had a problem at this store.

I live in Austin, TX, my bank is in NY....



I received a call from my bank this morning telling me there was a suspicious charge made last night:



June 9 at Winn-Dixie Store # 349 for $305.95 at 8:21pm.



My bank card has been canceled.



W-D Corporate headquarters: 877-946-6349 refused to cancel this charge. They also told me that the Austin, TX Police department would have to subpoena video tape and documents relating to this charge. THERE WAS NO ASSISTANCE AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL IN ANY WAY WHAT SO EVER.



I attempted to contact the store manager via the customer service extension and was put on hold for over

25 minutes.



I had to hang up because my cell phone lost its charge. I wanted to inform them of this problem so they could pull receipts and video of that specific cashier. I was trying to help W-D, but the manager wouldn't pick up my call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



How can a business allow a large charge with out having my actual bank card to swipe and compare my signature to it? This was a credit transaction, not debit.



I will pursue this to the fullest extent of the law with the Margate, Florida and Austin, Texas Police Departments.



VOTE WITH YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GIVE ANY WINN DIXIE STORE ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG, THEY WILL NOT BE OF ANY ASSISTANCE!
