My experience at Roadmart in Marianna was awful today I will never go back. There were six men behind the counter shooting the bull with only four customers waiting on their vehicles. Three people were waiting before me. I was there for a oil change After a hour and a half i got tried of listing to them and decided to walk outside then I saw workers who should have been in the bays working,they were outside smoking cigarettes.I have been going there for years but not ever again no one seemed to care.

I have an older car with worn suspension parts. I know that already. The first thing these guys try to do is get you to agree to pay thousands of dollars to let them replace these parts. Here's my problem with these guys. I drove in with smooth riding tires. The tire treads were worn down and the tires needed to be replaced, but they rode smooth. The car steered straight and had no issues with tire balance or tracking. No vibrations at any speed. I had 4 new tires which were the exact brand, style and size put on my car. It should ride the same right, WRONG! I have a vibration now between 60 and 70 MPH. I have been back three additional times to get them to replace or balance the bad tire(s). They tell me the tires pass their balance machine and the problem is my car. This is total BS. They will tell you they will take care you, but they lie. Consumer BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
