Horrible customer service!! I’ve seen Dr Macko for 2 years since moving to Maricopa. Although Macko seems to care about your health, this is the 2nd time he’s prescribed medication only to not have the scripts called into the pharmacy. Macko even told me directly it would be better for them to fax the scripts to the pharmacy rather than for me to hand carry them to get them filled. I was in to see Macko on 7/25/16 at 9:45 am. It took 5 phone calls to his assistance Bee and never received a call back which I requested. Speaking with the front office staff after not hearing back from Bee, they were less than helpful and very inpatient. It took until 6pm on 7/26 to finally get the medication I needed. I just received a certified letter in the mail today 8/1 letting me know it was unfortunate that Macko would no longer be seeing me and that I was to understand that script refills may require up to 48 hours to fill. It’s unfortunate that this wasn’t a script refill request.

My experience at Agave Family Physicians was the absolute worst I’ve ever had. I am a retired service member, so I have wonderful insurance. I feel completely ripped off by this clinic. I saw Dr. Stoeckmann. That was my first mistake. Not only was her attitude bad, I could never speak with her again after seeing her only once. I had to communicate with her “assistant” who was very rude and unhelpful. It took them over a month to correctly prescribe my medication. I highly recommend you chose another facility for your medical care. I will not allow them to rob and treat me the way they did again.

HORRIBLE Called the office tody to schedule my daughter for an urgent appointment,explained to the receptionist that my 10 month old daughter had massive diarrhea and occasional vomiting.They then tell me that they discharged her from their office and refuse her as a patient because I missed3 appointments which they claim were "no call ,no shows" I happen to know that this was not the cause and there must be mistake. I argued with the receptionist again telling her how urgent it was and to see if she can make any acceptions! they still refused saying it was company policy! They refused a sick baby because of a mistake on their behalf and a policy!UNBELEAVABLE!
