Went in last week to pick up a set of plugs for my P.U. and the older guy was ok, but the slobbish lardo butt was not only short on intelligence, but a really bad attitude as well!Amazing that Autozone would have someone like this to represent their company!The management at this location needs to send this misfit to finish his high school education, or get him into classes on customer relations, and they truly need to have a more professional dress code, and enforce it! Kind of tells you just how bad the Autozone Management really is!

We all know Autozone is a rip off, but we tolerate that because of the services they provide. Well, used to provide. It seems that Autozone has recently decided valley-wide to stop allowing customers to borrow ODB-II code readers. Apparently, it's not good enough that you paid for their overpriced parts to fix your car, they still expect you to buy their overpriced code reader too. ...or go pay a shop to clear the code that you already fixed! You can, of course, just unplug the battery for a while, but then you have to unlock your radio and reprogram all of your stations... Very disappointed, Autozone.... You've lost this long-time customer....
