I'll keep it brief and to the point; if you want your car/truck/SUV fixed right the first time, do not bring it to this shop.

I had these guys try and do my motor mounts. After charging $450.00 my car still shakes and now my check engine light is on. Sheridan, the owner will not return my calls to come out and fix it properly. It shook so bad I took it to another mechanic who said the mounts were not the right size and two bolts had allen off. If you need major work done avoid this business like the plague.

I had my serpentine belt break and had the car stuck at walmart I called them up and they gave me a price half of what any one else in town charged. and they would come to me so i was good with it. the only problem i had was they told me 30 minutes and they would be there but did not show up for an hour and 15 minutes but it was still worth the wait for what i paid

They fixed an intake coolant tube on my Ford F150 for $310, however my truck check engine light is on now and runs like crap. Jordan the mechanic told me that when he removed the ignition coils the plastic snap broke which is causing the check engine light and rough idle. Jordan was very friendly, however he borrowed a bucket from me to collect the fuel leaking from his vehicle and borrowed a hammer - both items never returned. I have asked for a receipt for over a week now from Amy the office manager without any results. They won't even answer their phone , I have left 3 messeges now without any response. I would avoid this company. It looks like I will have to file a lawsuit for the return of my tools and to replace the broken ignition coils.

Save your time and money. Fix...

Save your time and money. Fixed a snapped CV joint with a rusted out junk yard part. Was charged $450. The mechanic "quit" half-way thru the repair. The owner came out and finished the repair. He also checked the driver side to make sure it was ok. Said it was fine. A week later, the driver side snapped. I called and left a message which they never returned. Had the car towed to Fletcher's. Was charged $154 for parts and labor. Just over a month after the passenger side was fixed via Bo Knows, it snaps again. Called in and was told they'd do the work for free but I'd have to come up with parts. If the part was good to begin with, I shouldn't have had to replace the part. The person who was set to do this work on my car was the original mechanic who "quit." I will never go thru Bo Knows again. I'll go thru Fletcher's from now on. Now I'm debating on consulting a lawyer.

They charged for repair that wasn't done. I had an oil leak they claimed to have repaired. 2 months later the oil leak reappeared. Took the vehicle to another company they found a cracked valve grommet that had been taped by this company. Sheridan the owner said he would reimburse for the work but hasn't to date.

BO'S AUTOMOTIVE IS THE BEST INTOWN!!

I tried to do my brakes myself on my car but got the wrong instructions by auto zone on how to fix them. My brakes were all as mess and i really needed them fixed. I had called sheldon from mo's to see if they do on call(which luckly they did). He said he could be down in 15 min.He got there and they worked their magic. I would call them the car doctor cause my brakes were SICK and he came through. If you ever need anything anytime make sure you call mo's they did a wonderful job and had a great price. I will for sure call him again. Thanks again guys!!!!

Great Service!

I recently had some unexpected damage done to my radiator. I called Bo Knows Auto Repair and explained the problem. They were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Tim came out to replace the radiator. He was very friendly and professional. My car was fixed very quickly and has been running great ever since! I will definitley use them for future services and will recommend their service to others.
